Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and driven DevOps/MLOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud-based systems to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are meticulous, passionate about adopting new technologies, and possess hands-on experience in MLOps and system administration. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach and have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate and manage software development processes in a cloud environment to ensure seamless and secure operations.
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
- Oversee multiple cloud environments simultaneously, ensuring robust redundancy, compliance with security protocols, and system reliability.
- Provide Level 2 support to swiftly investigate and resolve technical challenges.
- Design and implement tools and automated solutions aimed at reducing errors, enhancing system performance, and improving user experience.
- Create and document troubleshooting procedures to ensure effective system maintenance and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models in production, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and automated testing protocols.
- Continuously enhance the performance of machine learning models operating in production environments.
- Establish and manage monitoring and logging systems, ensuring machine learning infrastructure security and compliance.
- Automate deployment and scaling of machine learning models using advanced technologies such as EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
- Regularly assess and refine development processes, infrastructure, and operational tools.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of practical experience in a DevOps, MLOps, or related software engineering position.
- Self-driven with a strong problem-solving orientation and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear conveyance of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and security.

Compensation And Benefits
The salary for this position is competitive and will be determined based on experience, geographic location, and specific contractual considerations. The expected salary range is between (110,000 and )140,000.
